This week I'm joined by mindset coach and all round curious cat, Dani Longo.
We’re discussing the importance of dream journalling and interpretation. The subconscious brain and how it helps us process fear and anxiety in our sleep. Dreaming in black and white as opposed to colour. Dreaming in both third and first person. he trippy art of lucid dreaming and the relationship between science and spirituality.
We also get into what exactly a Mindset coach is. Dani’s path to becoming one. The personal rewards it has brought her and how a mindset coach could be just the thing you need to upgrade yourself for the new year.

Dani graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience and a focus in pre-medical studies. After moving to Seattle in 2015, Dani diverted from her predicted path in medicine and pursued several other careers, leading her to become – amongst other things – a certified personal trainer, an eating disorder technician, and a kindergarten teacher’s assistant.
Through each of these various positions, Dani acquired new technical skills and gained clarity in regards to her own purpose in life. As a result, she became an entrepreneur and created her first business, quickly followed by the addition of two more. First, Dani designed her own Music and Movement program for toddlers ages 2-5 and now teaches at several daycares in the Seattle area. Second, she works as an Intuitive Mindset Coach, helping people self-heal and manifest success through alignment with purpose. Lastly and most recently, Dani has become a 305 Fitness certified instructor because she truly believes that movement is medicine and that dancing with others has the power to heal us both physically and emotionally.
Dani’s overarching goal across all of her businesses is to promote physical, emotional and mental wellness so that everyone is afforded equal ability to pursue their true purpose and live their most joyous lives.
